I have several sites — how does that work?
The Business plan covers up to 3 sites and the Volume plan unlimited sites, each with its own search area. The price depends on the number of valuations, not the number of sites. Over 1,000 valuations a month, let's talk.
How reliable is it?
Every valuation shows a confidence level (low, medium, good) based on the number of listings and how spread out they are. With fewer than 5 listings, the search widens automatically and you are told. Valuations are indicative: they don't replace a test drive or a professional inspection.
